re: What IS "Spirituality"?
my own definition for what its worth:
The mental and emotional conversation one has with god on a semi-regular to regular basis. A self critiquing process in which one is able to bring his or her own motivations, thoughts, and actions in line with the perceived will of God.
The best portrayel I've seen of my definition of spirituality was by the charachter Tevia in Fiddler on the Roof. Although the conversation was audible (how else could it have been done?) I think there was a lot of truth to it in the way spiritual people reason out a problem.
