That is a tough question.

Is it facing (Like I mentioned in that e-mail) our mortality and finding peace with it? Accepting that time and death will catch up with us and not fearing them?

Or is it about a relationship between us and God? Finding peace with God? And, despite being a fallible human, trying to follow his rules?

As for the Spirit, I believe it is our essence that crosses over into God’s realm. Perhaps it is made of matter that is real and solid in God’s realm, but undetectable here because it follows different physical laws than the matter in our universe.
