But what is reality?
Look at matter. Is its solidness just an illusion? An atom is made of mostly space. The only reason objects feels real to us is because they are made of the same matter. Our atoms push against the object's atoms.
There are subatomic particles that see our bodies as invisible. They’ll pass right through us without touching us because of all the empty space. We are mostly empty space- now there is a thought.
And if matter and energy are truly interchangeable as Einstein said, then are we just energy at our essence?
Reality is perception IMO.
