Of course reality is perception.

We perceive reality to the extent our senses allow. Humans are similar enough that we can compare notes. But I doubt different species see the world exactly the same way. Some can sense infrasound, ultrasound, infrared, ultraviolet, electric fields, subtle vibrations. Some see through compound eyes. Some are blind.
