Did you catch that production chart behind them? The blue column (USA presumedly) is always lower than the red column. The other interesting thing is how the arms and hands are always slightly oversized, even on women - to convey they are capable workers. They also managed to get a photo with Mao, that they put on their walls. Amazingly Mao appears to be working the fields - sure like that would ever happen!
