We have a few people here that get their spin from blogs- this spin usually has a habit of maligning people, unfairly slandering them, ascribing to people strawman positions that they do not advocate in order to unfairly attack them, and by extension attack a larger group of people.
It is refreshing to see the victim of such attacks to set the culprits straight- cowardly culprits that would never say the things they did if they thought for a SECOND that they would have to answer to the target of their slander.
I would like to say that you can expect apologies from those individuals but, unfortunately, I know them better than that.
