You were right to post this, B.

The thing that has finally changed are the laws that soldiers have to adhere to. More to some than most. Emphasis on the latter.

Thankfully laws have changed, but what happened at Abu Ghraib, should have never happened. Hopefully, the chain of command will be tighter as well.
