He started funneling it to the banks and Wall Street who had caused the economic implosion. The Big Boys got bailed out but the consumers and workers? They get crumbs again while the Big Boys run away with the loot on their yachts and living in their mansions.
And GE paid no income tax and they whine it was because of the economy. Poor babies. Instead a $17 billion profit last year, they only made $16 billion and so paid no taxes while the little guy dutifully files his and pays through the ass.
