My "pals" in washington say the same thing. THIS IS NO TIME TO CUT SPENDING. Republicans have this idiotic concept that we need to slash government employment to boost employment. When the economy is strong that's the time to cut spending, not while they economy is still fragile and showing signs of recovery.

As for the projected deficits, they were projected exactly the same before Obama even took office. Can we remember for 5 seconds what a shit storm Obama inherited??
