"What do you feel is Bush's motive?"
I really don't know, not at all. Some of the moves of this administration floor me- like the global monroe doctrine (sept 2002 policy statement), like the absolute cold silence to N. Korea (not that they *deserve* better, but give every nation its just deserts and there would not be much realestate left on the planet)- The economic policy... I coluld go on.
I would like to assume/believe that they (the administration) knows something I don't or has some angle I don't see... But this whole thing looks like a darn disaster to me on so many levels...
I was hoping these debates with the literate conservative types on the habitable zone might help me see something I am too 'leftish' to see, but no luck there...
Do you have any ideas? What really is the point to this? The reasons for it? Are there any that stand up? I don't see any...
