There was no Cuban Missile Crisis. Those photo's were doctored.
The US had no evidence that Casrto was building the bomb.
And even if he was, why did the US have to threaten war to stop Castro from doing something it was doing itself...Building Bombs.

Threatening to use war is never justified.
