And that includes pregnant mothers...

People abuse drugs, booze, fast food, sex, and just about everything else, to their own self detriment.

We could spend $100's of Billions on the remaining 4% and many would still abuse themselves and their unborn child by neglecting pre-natal care...

Some even do so purposefully as their religon sees doctors as evil...

What are you going to do?
