The double murder charges were filed by a District Attorney under current California state law. Not by some anti-abortion group.
That state law provides for a murder charge to be filed against someone who takes the life of an unborn child, when the mother doesn't want the child terminated.
If the pro-abortion groups want to fight this, they need to do it in the California State Legislature. Not in the spotlight of a tragedy like this.
