<By this line of thinking, am I to assume that if a person physically assaluted a pregnant woman and caused her to miscarry, that person shouldn't face any charges beyond assault?

You know what they say: "Never assume." Do you remember why?

Pay attention, while rereading, to the definition of murder while committing a felony.

There are other felonies besides murder itself.

take a look into the medical benefits that low-income, pregnant women have access to under Medicaid.

Question: How long will the present Administration be able to support social programs, nation-building, and a tax cut all at the same time? Which social programs will be cut first? Hint: old people vote. Fetuses don't.
