The reason for the mention of NOW and the unborn, which had a name too by the way, is the fact that it was NOW that brought up the criticism of the charges on behalf of the baby.

Not Laci. No one is attempting to say that murder charges shouldn't be filed on behalf of her death. So why then, would I make arguments in respect to that?
