Clarification and Technical Description
If I read your gobbledegook correctly, you seem to be suggesting that gayness can be cured? Or at least legislated against - though without discrimination?

This question deserves more of an answer. Sometimes I forget that lots of folks don't quite see things in multi-lifetime perspective.

In the future it will be realized that the strongest pairing and attraction actually exists between male and female rp's.
That's why the bathhouses and the promiscuity and the loveless relations, there is simply significantly less polar attraction. Typical rp pairings are more of a moment of weak attraction rather than true love. The ideal coupling increases the disparity of polarity and creates a stronger union. And surprise...this stronger polarity also allows children to be born!
This is the solution. It's not a "cure". You can't cure rp manifestation - you can only explain to folks who find themselves an rp to the most beneficial and constructive course of action.
It's all very scientific and believe it or not has a happy ending. No one's "curing" anyone.
I'm probably one of the few folks on earth (at this time) who can explain it thusly. That quantized encyclopedia comes in handy! (sort of like the junior woodchucks guidebook;-) and I certainly hope some folks can get good use of these to get a clearer picture of what is really going on.
