re: "Palimony"

Hello,
The man I'm living with (for the last 3 1/2 yrs.) has given me a $5700 engagement ring, wanted to get married 7 months later, asked me tolive with him & we built a new home together & have been living in it for the last 2 yrs. & 3 mos. I picked out all of the fixtures, flooring, carpeting, paint colors interior & exterior. I helped dig ditches for water lines & shoveled dirt right along with my fiance'. I packed everything from the old house into our new house & put kitchen items away, & all else in their places. He told me at that time he wanted to support me & loved me, he said that to me everyday. He's 10 yrs. old than me & a MD & has been one for 38 yrs. He supports his x-wife since the divorce (12 -15 yrs. ago( in the amount of $3800 pocket money, buys her a new car every 3-4 years. This year he gave her a check for $25,000 & she wanted her condo paid off so he refinanced his loan on our new home & paid off her condo at $200,000. She is now collecting on his social security. And he hasn't mentioned marriage for since in the last 2 1/2 yrs. or more. He's abusive (verbally) & goes for days without talking to me & is so mean & nasty to me. I'm not an ugly old troll like his last two x-wives. I'm very fit, work out every day at a local gym & take aroebic classes. I weigh 120lbs & am 5'2'' tall. I dress well, because I've had nice clothes before I met him. I've spent all of my savings on helping to build this house. He does support me. At first before we built, as we stood looking over our view at the home site, he said," I'll see that you get this house we're going to build & it will always be yours to live in & be financially free , no payments of any sort." Now, his will reads that everything goes into his estate, including our home, cars, 6 acres, & his x-wife & daughter are executors & the X is beneficiary on all CD's , trust accounts which amounts to over 3 million. The house at this time is worth about $500,000. He's given me beneficiary of an insurance policy amounting to $150,000. Taxes may be taken out of it as he & his insurance agent have changed the policy. He gave it to me in my name at first, then decided he wanted to be the owner of the policy. He still pays the premium. He's stated I get one room of furniture, one bedroom, a dining set, one living room set, one t.v. (he has 7 t.v. sets.) I can have reasonable household items, like dishes, towels, etc. He's atated in his will that he will have his X supported as she's use to for as long as she lives. He's broken his promise of marriage to me & has changed the idea of letting me have the house to live in or supporting me after he passes away before I do. I'm out in the streets, so to speak. He didn't want me to work out of the home. I've worked inside our home as a housekeeper wood do. I clean, cook, do laundry, run errands, work in the garden, I work in the yard, mow the grass take care of his evey whim, & I don't mind doing it. I love it here & to think I will have to leave it all some day, breaks my heart. Do I have any recourse in a maritricious relationship, palimony or receive any monthly support ? Please tell me what I can do to survive after I've been promised so much & believed in him. I'm 61 yrs. old & pounding the streets for a job, day to day! I taught in the schools but am too old to be hired any where. I worked in banks, credit unions in our area, but no luck getting back on.

Thank you for your time & for any help or advice you can offer.
