Let me correct my above algorithm to exclude from the macro terrorist definition Sikhs; the bro instead of towels wear tablecloths around their heads. I'm sure we could devise smary weapons able to distinguish between the two styles of cloth.

Then again, a MOAB makes things SO much simpler. We got 'em. We already paid for 'em, let's USE 'em!
