Your Selective Memory
Seems to have forgotten:
1) The danger of Saddam to his neigbors. Perhaps your memory is so faulty it has also forgotten why.
2) Continuous breaking of the truce terms that ended GW1. In and of itself sufficient reason.
3) UN Resolution 1441 threatening "severest consequences" for continued obstruction of inpsections which even Blix admitted was happening.
4) Saddam's documented brutality trowards his own people.
5) His people rebelled after GW1 at our urging only to be slaughtered because we didn't support what we started.
It never was just about WMD and that was argued here over and over before the war ever started. If you were here then you are a downright liar to claim such ignorance.

Mark
