The problem is the VSE plan has a return to the Moon in it. So you either accept it and make plans that use this to the best advantage or become marginalized by this administration's visions.

If we must have Moonbases for human exploration of Mars then let them be robust and not flag and footprints and add infrastructure to the plan.
