There's A Big Difference

Between doing FINAL test runs to the Moon of Mars designed equipment and saying we have to go to the moon to design it. I addressed Apollo13 below in part. Your point is more adequately addressed by pointing out that yes shake down tests to the Moon are appropriate keeping in mind my point above.
