Sure Let's Add Enough Cost To Kill The Program

There's a brilliant Idea. I agree political reality dictates a return to the Moon first, but that path must keep a focus on going to Mars or it will be just as useless a dead end as the
ISS appears to have become. A moonbase to get to Mars is like building the ISS before we went to the Moon and about as useless.
