Seeing as there was only eight years of a Democrat in office, while the other 20 plus years were all run by Republicans, don't you think THEY should have done it before now instead of kissing Mexican political ass?

The Right is to blame here. They should have thought about it a long time ago while they were using the cheap labor to get rich.
