I had in mind the 'aspirational middle class' rather than the genuinely 'super rich'. Regarding the latter - good luck to them, sometimes they are very charitable, eg Bill Gates. Regarding the former - some of the worst ruthless and arrogant snobs come from that category.

In any case, all that is really just useless cocktail-party talk. Any real criticisms of mine are directed towards our culture and social practices in general, not against individuals. I've always believed in 'playing the ball, not the man' and have come to despise the envy and resentment of many of today's impotent Left.
