Abuse of women, children and justified murder are embraced by Islam and fly in the face of western and other commonly held human rights.

Change the word "Islam" to "fundamentalist tribalism" and you have it right.

I know Muslims who don't live like that, and who are very insulted that people believe their religion directs them to do such things.

The nativist degrades the not-ours religions as well.
