Well let's get to the point...

The bloggers often have agendas behind their blogging. Some want to acquire political power and others seek to use their blogs to bring certain financially lucrative associations.

One must discriminate against them the same way one discriminates anything else. I'm suspect of almost all political blogs that churn out daily diatribes.

And you are also afraid that others will use someone's diatribe as a justification for violence or to violate their civil rights. I understand this too.

For every Tom out there who cut-n-pastes or links to a chart like that there are others who don't just seek vindication of their own beliefs but seek motivation for spurring them to acts of violence or somesuch less sane response.

A person could say look "--- library has x number of books on witchcraft. They clearly have a witchcraft agenda."

That's within their rights.

However someone might read or hear that statement and decide they should go and checkout those books so they can destroy them.

That's the problem with diatribes. In the right minds they can be used to form and educate, but they can also be used to spur violence and destruction.

You're discriminating against Tom's post based upon the likely potential for misuse. I agree. It's potential inflammatory nature is high. But, I think it is important to really nail down exactly what the problem is.
