re: None of your business

What Saddam did in his country was none of your country's business.
Because:
1) Since 1648, countries have been created with in mind taking charge of their populations, having all kinds of institutions like a government, an army , borders etc....and especially a strict non interference with internal matters of other countries.

2) This non-interference principle is so strong that it wakes up patriotic feelings even among the most powerful opponents of its government when it's violated.

3) Iraq was NO threat to you, your country, its neighbouring countries.

4) Saddam could have served as a buffer against extreme Islamic expansionism. A buffer we would not be responsible of, as Iraq should have been a sovereign state.
