Since the part of your brain that integrates information into abstract concepts seems to be totally atrophied, I suppose it would be useless to point out that the innocent people on airliners and taxpayers in office buildings were murdered before there were any U.S. troops at all in Afghanistan or Iraq, never mind atrocities on their part.
Bin Laden killed three thousand Americans for the crime of stationing No-Fly-Zone support personnel in Saudi Arabia, among other reasons from his psychotic brain.
That would be the 9/11 attack, by the way, in case you've already written that incident out of your own personal reality field.
