Seeing such a terrible thing at the hands of his opressive ruler and his sadistic sons would drive him to be angry at the USA...Because they somehow caused it to happen. Sadam, Uday, Qusay, and Poopaday were all agents of USA repression.

You see Bowser hates the USA and Capitalism 1st and foremost.
