President Bush, in 1990, should have taken Saddam out.

A lot of Iraqis were counting on America to do just that, and when we left them high-and-dry Saddam murdered them. President Bush should have ignored those who said to leave Saddam in power and took him out.

America failed Iraq in 1990. And like I said, you can blame the first Bush for that.
