that Europes atitude is similar now to the atitude that exists here among our States.

There was once great patriotism for ones native State but the Civil War ended that for the most part. All that remains is sort of a friendly rivalry with the occasional petty squabbling in certain areas.

I hope that there is still some degree of patriotism for Europe as a whole. If there is not it will eventually bite you.
