I'm well aware of the frog, I've used it talking about 2nd amendment issues here.

I was trying to show that we are being misled about the actual content of this act and the patriot act (past post to Bowser). The wording is readable beyond the legal camouflage and construct. If something smells fishy it is to one's benefit to try to find the source (literal). Do you know what fish smells like?
