No, I was not "evil-crucifying" the police.
The red flags should have been a total cooperative effort on the part of the campus and authorities and yes, the incident/s should have been under public record.
In my opinion, anything that goes on that is unacceptable in a college campus (stalking, arson, etc.) should also go on record as part of any community or city.
We're talking about college here, these aren't kids expecially if they're over the age of 21.
My points were made and I wasn't insulting anyone. For goodness sakes, I have friends and neighbors who are cops.
