That Don't Make Sense
Unless you accept that Saddam is a ruthless dictator willing to abuse his people in whatever manner is convenient to pursue his individual goals. If you accept that it is questionable why you would be so doubtful of all the circumstantial evidence for WMD. The pattern of greed and hunger for power is as obvious as his pattern of miscalculating US resolve and power.
