If you accept that it is questionable why you would be so doubtful of all the circumstantial evidence for WMD. The pattern of greed and hunger for power is as obvious as his pattern of miscalculating US resolve and power.
Agreed, he is/was a very bad man! Not all bad men have WMDs. This is a lousy proof you offer.
