Actually thats why I asked are they oil soluable...
Different grades of gasoline are pumped through a pipeline and they do not mix...the same could be done with chemical weapons if they were not.
the reason is they are preceeded by and followed by a brief "Changeover buffer" of of a substance that will not mix with the gasoline...
Pour oil and water into a glass and see what happens.
I'm now WMD expert, but then your not either...Obviously.
