OIC- The sperm has human DNA- is it a humanlife? The egg has human DNA- is that a human life?

If I take a cell out of my body and throw it down on a table- it has human DNA, its even living- is that a human life? Hell- with the right science, I can even transform that Cell into an embryo cell, so it even has potential.

Nope. Not even a good try. What you are doing is putting your finger in running water and saying "the river starts here". Its not that easy- if it was, we'd have a scientific definition of a human life and everyone could easily agree about this issue.
