If the pregnancy is going to kill the mother, and the only option is to kill the baby, then the tough choice has to be made.
Since we are talking about rare cases, what about Siamese twins where only one can survive the separation process. You have to choose which one dies. In all cases I have seen, it is the one that has the least chances of survivals that gets picked to die.
In both cases above, its ending one life to save another.
When is abortion murder? If you are doing it to save a mothers life, then I wouldn’t call it murder anymore than I would call it murder if a person killed another person defending themselves.
