Just like you. We were all eggs. An egg is nowhere near a chicken for example. And LIFE to me, means just that, something that survives, lives, eats and breathes on it's own. Up until then, you're pretty much an egg, not a chicken.
If you don't believe in a "soul", then when you leave this earth, you're dead. Caput. You have no "life". I can't imagine holding a belief that I was nothing before I got here and I will be nothing after I leave. What a pitiful thought. There's a time and place for everyone, and we're where we're supposed to be. You aren't a Jehovah's Witness, are you?
Anyway, I have the answer to all our problems!
Let's genetically alter MEN to have uteruses and to carry fetuses to term. I don't care if they're 15 or 50. I don't care if they "thought about it" or not before or after. I don't care what they think. I'll be like you and tell them they CAN"T abort, that it's murder. Yup, let's see how THAT would go over!
