...ironically, Bush acts as a finely polished mirror for a world of insecure, dysfunctional folks whose emotional maturity peaked at about age 13 - and actually many 13 year olds actually show significantly more maturity. Ass or not, he has the fixation of millions of other obvious asses.
It's entertaining seeing a world full of emotionally immature asses in the world go into conniption fits about Bush and the scary thing is almost NONE of them see it.
It was like watching the 'dead folk in space' thread below. It attracted all the...how shall I put it somewhat kindly...brusque posters who see in eachother mirror images of their own incivility. They uniformly hate the traits which they so obviously possess.
The universe is a very funny place, but its the unintentional humor that the universe excels at.
