is that there are and were nations whose governments support(ed) these terrorists. A rather important point. Afganistan qualified as one of them without any question. Iraq potentially could have but it has never been proven. Afganistan was a legit target. Iraq was revenge by all the Bush 1 cronies who wanted to finish Saddam off so they bent over backwards to try and link him to terrorism.
