RU Serious?
Go the route of Europe and pretend that salaries and benefits should have nothing to do with the amount of work actually done?
Would you care to reexamine that statement in light of an average pay differential between American CEOs and workers running 500 to 1?
I've known a lot of CEOs, and while some of them were impressive human beings, not a one had an IQ of 50,000, nor had the luxury of a 12,000 hour day in which to earn that salary.
I've met Bill Gates, and while he's one smart dude, he doesn't have an IQ of 100,000,000, nor is his day 24,000,000 hours long. Yet financially he's worth a million average Americans.
Reward proportional to effort? Pull the other one, Tom, it has bells on.
