Lack of certainty is the reason that I have chosen to call myself an Agnostic. Still, I think it is just semantics. I have no more respect for religion than your garden variety atheist, but I can't exclude the possibility of the universe being created.
I am convinced that if the Universe was created, that creator may be dead or alive and the creation had nothing to do with humanity.
