Most major politicians, unfortunately.
But in recent years, I believe being drunk on power tends to be more of a Democratic vice than a Republican one.
A Republican candidate who loses an election goes off to play golf. A Democratic one goes nuts. There are, of course, exceptions to this, but the idea of the "citizen-politician" has long gone by the wayside.
You can't tell me Hillary's lust for power is any less than someone like Cheney, and unlike Cheney, she's actually is running in 2008.
In other offices, term limits in the House and Senate would be a very good idea.
