I actually have been hoping that Al Gore would run. I'd vote for him in a heartbeat. I think he's managed to kill a lot of the "dull Al Gore" persona with his non-political appearances and activities. Of course, I voted for him last time.

I hate the thought of being reduced to choosing between Hilary and Barak. Barak will make a good president, just not yet. He's still wet behind the ears politically speaking. I'm not sure he has the skills yet to swim with the sharks. Maybe I'm wrong. He'd make a helluva VP candidate on the ticket!

I like Hilary; she's tough and she's shrewd and she could win. I'm just afraid that she will be as divisive as Bush has been and we don't need another four years, maybe eight years of that.

There have been presidents I have not liked much but I have never detested a President and Vice President as much as I do Bush and Cheney. I've never called Bush MY President. He's the Republicans' President. They are charlatans playing at being compassionate. It's not in their make-up. Frankly, Cheney scares the crap out of me. Even more than Bush.

Anyone would be a breath of fresh air after the last seven years. Al would be more than that. I think he would be a leader. He would not be a pushover on anything and could deal with the Terrorist threat as much as this administration, or better. I think better because he wouldn't make enemies of half the world while doing it.

What I'm really afraid of is that that jackass, Ralph Nader runs again. He is the reason Bush was elected. Someone needs to ship Nader off to the Middle East and see how he deals with with international politics. Maybe he wouldn't come back.
