How would Canada handle the increased demand caused when all the wealthy Canadians can no longer go to the USA for good care?

Also, when the Americans no longer pay top $ for their prescription drugs, there will be shortages...

that is until all the drug manufacturing is moved to "low-cost" production facilities in China.
