if martial law doesn't work in Iraq, how would it work in the USA?

that is what I'd like the moonbats who think Bush has a master plan to explain.

Similarly, they seem to think that we are just around the corner from "big brother" beacuse of cameras mounted on a few light poles in the USA... Why can't we stop the Iraqi insurgency by mounting the "big brother cameras" in Iraq?
