"out in the real world"...we have no need for Executive Orders or continuity of government plans and there existence is clearly a sign that Bush wants to declare himself Imperial Leader for life and declare martial law.
Fallout shelters are a big waste of money, because our reactors are nearly invulnerable and terrorist nukes will never make it to our homeland.
