Loyalty to Bush
azstrummer — (archived)

Man, I am so tired of hearing the excuse that the reason Bush was reelected was not because of love of that man but instead because you all loathed Kerry.

Were that true the Republican Party would not be fielding a bunch of the same crap for President. Nowhere in the pack (with the exception maybe of Ron Paul) is there a fresh idea about what to do on the world stage to keep us safe and respected. It's all the same crap - stay the course, fight the terrorists, America, love it or leave it.

When will you guys get it? This shit simply hasn't worked and the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

But please spare me this finger pointing at the Democrats for the reasons we have this impish dictator. Those reasons lie instead in the idiocy of our electorate that enables a party of fear-mongering, dirty tricks, and bullying to manipulate their American Idol minds.

From the first moment I saw old Georgie boy I didn't want to have a beer with the guy like a good deal of the country did. I was more likely to pour one over his head.
