Jesus made it clear that those who believe in him will have everlasting life. And that is all he is asking for. Like I said God owns the matter that makes us up, but not our soul. We have to freely give that to him. If one doesn’t, I don’t know what happens.
I would be called a heretic by some for saying this: I think God gave us the 10 Commandments and told us not to sin if we want to enter his realm. That didn’t work. No man could not sin. So God came down in the form of Jesus to not only experience life as one of us, but to establish a relationship with us. He became a more loving God to us after he lived as one of us.
But even in the Old Testament, God was forgiving and believed in second chances. So maybe those who did not give themselves to the Lord in life will get a second chance in death.
Anyway, whatever you decide, that is between God and you, and it is not my place to judge.

- Dear Eri and Reb,
- REB, I'm not upset with praying. It's scientifically analyzing it that makes me crazy.
